4 Weeks Pregnant When Did I Conceive

Ban on burqa and niqab

Today has been completed in Lleida (Catalonia English city located in) the ban on wearing burqas in all municipal places, town hall, sports centers, civic centers ... wielding penalties for non compliance ranging from 30 to 600 euros. From this derives clearly a philosophical characterized by the following questions:

To what extent can we ban the wearing of the burqa? Really the burka
denigrates freedom of women?

begin with the first question: To what extent can we ban the wearing of the burqa? Since I started this blog I made it quite clear that freedom ends when a person begins a third party or not to enter anyone's freedom goes against the "rules" that all must respect (constitution, human rights ... ) but this case is a curiosity, since, through this simple thought could not prohibit the use of any type of clothing, be it a burka or a hippie or a cowboy hat.
But the burqa has a negative connotation, it is believed that denigrates women, well, I can somewhat agree to this reflection and that covering the face with a veil and filing integral may offend freedom of a person, but we forget something very important in Western societies requires no use is more, women who wear the burka do on a voluntary basis, so do not enter anyone's freedom and use their freedom in an appropriate (different would be if the wearing of the burqa was imposed by their husbands and not accepted by women, in this case whether it would be a crime). Whether or not conditional access to public places based on the use of certain items (without coercion of any kind by third parties and without hurting anyone's feelings) leads an attack on freedom of women using this outfit, and since the conclusion my point of view say that the ban on the burka is an abomination to freedom, provided that such use is voluntary and enforcement. The next question has almost been resolved with the above discussion, "the wearing of the burqa denigrates women? If such use is forced, unwanted tax and of course it denigrates women's freedom, but instead is accepted, desired and understand the connotations of that outfit and still have access to take, I do not go in against the rights and freedom of any woman.
As a final conclusion will make the following use of the burqa or not lies in the freedom with which the woman is chosen to wear it, this freedom should be free of constraints and obligations.
From here I give you the opportunity to conduct a final thought, some elderly, or some type of religion might think to wear miniskirts represent an assault on the moral integrity of women and thus prohibits its use. Would it be different this action to the burka? I leave this question in the air to that, Answer each of you and you.
