from mistakes

many times have we heard the phrase, "one learns from mistakes." But really learn from your mistakes?

continually fall in failures that we had already committed at another time and we can not put a solution. What happens to a human being again and again falls into the same trap? It may be that we are not able to accept our imperfections and mistakes do not assimilate. For that we think are mistakes we do not own ourselves, but have been factors that were beyond us as we return to the situation failed to act the same way. Obviously not always the case, some people are cosciente from their mistakes and act accordingly to avoid repeating them. What do these people who differ from others? Just have assimilated the error as a chore more than life itself, have been able to forgive themselves for that mistake and have built on it so it does not happen again.

To reach this state of personal assimilation must know how to forgive yourself, and not as easy as it sounds. Pause to think a second, if played "soccer", for example, and fail a goal sung, we are not thinking about the rest of life on this error, simply try to improve next time, adjusting the strength of the shot, or enhancing our placement ...

However, when we talk about our life is not so simple. We are not able to overcome the failure, we continue to assimilate and are complicated, we feel guilty about some "evil" that we found induced. I know, I will say that it is not a football game than life itself (eg a relationship). I am fully aware of it but everything revolves around the same concept as the self-forgiveness.
